The Trail of A Happy Thought

You wake up from a great dream you can not even remember
Yet you are happy from it as though you did remember
You were smiling when you woke up and that is really all that mattered

You decide very quickly what to wear for work
Without even thinking, you didn't put much time or thought into it and you felt free and confident no matter what you put on

You run through the kitchen to get to the door and you realize that you forgot to put the coffee on, and think, I don't need coffee today, I am already awake

You are driving to work, and someone cuts you off before you get to the freeway, and you think, that is too bad they are having a bad day

You get to work, and you are walking to your desk, and you pass several coworkers by, and they are complaining about the previous days happenings, and you say Good Morning and you keep going

You are lighter on your feet, freer in your mind and just plain happy about something and you don't even know what

It really shows us that anything can make us happy as long as we feel it and it energizes us in ways we couldn't even notice

And it teaches us that you can make a day happy with heart and love if we just think it, and it barely matters what it is we choose

Our mind is waiting for us to use it and put its strongest use forward

Just as easily as pushing the "wrong" button there is a "right" button too

How funny that we fight to have a choice in so many places of our lives and this is a choice given to us and we forget it is even there

Start with something you love and remind yourself that love can happen everywhere else

I don't tell love what to do
I let love teach me what it is

It is chances in life

I understand that what is meant to be is meant to be

In many cases I have to trust God a lot to live it

Not just say I know it

I can't change anything about me

But I can grow my soul

Let's heal

Let's start paying attention to what that even means

Your purpose stands before you

And your internal purpose must be understood to do that

To recognize caring and selflessness

You see, you can not live without understanding

There is not a soul more important than another

We all have opinions as though there is not a chance to growth, wisdom, nor the opportunity to teach

We are all one, then we are all, and then we are one again

Our healing is not so hard

It starts with love and is never ending with love

Lacks of understandings bring to us conflicts, delusions, and acts that don't look like love

And then we hurt others with our unresolved pains

Yet it is love, even if that love was hurt along the way

Love is objective

And can only be what we do to it

Let love be

Let it show you who you are

Let it lead you to sharing that with another

Love is our key

Love is our stem

Love is our name when we hear it called by another

Love is the phone call that asks us a question

That brings to us a person to share a meal with, talk about anything with

Love is the food prepared for us

Love is the thoughts that are shared unwarranted, that we can trust and learn from

There isn't enough we can say about love

And there are no boundaries of what we can do with it

Love is love is love, and when it is pure, we float in it like a baby in all its warmth and innocence

Love is the candle, and love is the light

Love is the opening of your heart unto itself

When was the last time you saw your heart?

When love was there
Love's greatest strength is it's predictablity

And it's unpredictability of what it can propel us to do

Imagine if there were no ego
No, me, me, me
No, I have to have this or that

Imagine if you didn't have to have a better house than your neighbor
A better car or job

Imagine if you didn't have to feel like you couldn't say what you are feeling
Shy about saying the truth
Distant when it comes to saying what you want

Imagine if you never had to lie
Cover anything up
Set something up, so no one would know it was you

Imagine if you didn't need attention to feel better about you
If you didn't need a compliment on your clothes to wear them again
Buy clothes you don't even need to look like something or someone

Imagine if you didn't have the pressures of ego
That nagging voice that pushes you in the wrong direction and then leaves you alone when you get lost
Imagine not having to feel like others didn't love you or want you to be present
That you felt love from others, with others, just because you already understand that you really do love who you are

Imagine if the encouragement of life had no restrictions and you could feel like you can do whatever you really dream you can
Imagine if you recognized Ego's weakness rather than it's strengths
Its strengths are only as strong as a false dream, a wrong road, a thought that hurts you in some way
Yet it looks like it has brains and guts, glory and stamina

Ego really only has nothing to offer
You or anyone else
Soul offers you answers, and it seems like the weaker of the two because it is silent

Yet a souls strength is its silence
A soul lets you come to it
Waits for you to learn why
Gives you a chance to catch your breath
Think about your actions
Know your intentions
Take in that someone else is involved, not just you

Your soul's language is silence and love
Caring and compassion
No races to a finish line without an answer at the end

Your soul is the loyal part of you
The part that knows better and tugs at you to do better
The part that reminds you to let go of what others do alone, and see your role in attracting it to you

Your soul is your partner and is a warrior
That battles your ego everyday
That pushes your consciousness to bother you when you forget your passion or that you have instincts

Your soul is the strength in the company you keep
The conversations you have
The love that you share


Your Ego loses you, sets you up for competition without any sport to play
Ignites you to feel as though the people you could love are against you
That the work you do is not enough
That the choices you make you should doubt
That the clothes you wear, the car you drive, that they are not enough
That you didn't take the right road, that you are not enough

As you find that your soul is your keeper and keeps those you love close
Keeps you close to who you are
Within compassion to yourself, to life, and to yourself again
Your soul is calm as you strive to be
And it reminds you it is already there
Without judgment
Without needing anything from you

It demands you to pay attention to Love
Since that is all it is
It commands your honor
And it teaches dignity
It pushes your buttons
With reward of heart

It's Not A Secret

How is it that if we think something it comes true
That when we are in a great mood everything seems doable, easier, and anything else is so what?
That when we can see something, anything, we most likely can do it?

How is it that when you take care of yourself that you start to take care of other things too?
That when you clean your room, you also think next to clean your car, your kitchen, your dog?
That when you get one good grade, do a great report, that you immediately begin to think about the next test, the next thing you also want to do great?

How is it that you can say one minute you can't cook at all and then someone will teach you how to make a great grilled cheese sandwich and all of a sudden you want to be Julia Child?
That when you buy something that you normally wouldn't buy and you wear it, you feel carte blanche to act cooler, different, as though you have gained a new sense of freedom?
That when you take a walk and listen to good music that you have to stop yourself from dancing or singing out loud which sounds really different without the music and your head phones?

How is it that when you are Happy already, the same thing someone may have done or said the day before when you weren't happy, could have been a whole different situation?
That is when you can learn in your heart that your feelings, your attitude, your outlook, your love, work, time you put into yourself in small ways throughout the day, really does make a difference
It is not a Secret that negative begets negative and positive begets positive

It is not a secret that Truth is understanding your own role in your own life and accounting to yourself who you really are
It is not a secret that Love grows with the knowledge of yourself and compassion to yourself
It is not a secret that Purity's sense of itself acknowledges it's existence when you discover your intentions and act upon them

We simply need to remember Truth, Love and Purity and the weight it carries within us all
And remind each other when one of us finds frustrations and challenges and forgets
The Secret is, it is not a Secret

Since You've Been Gone

No Soul is Replaceable

A soul is itself no matter where it is

How many people think of a soul in a person

We think of a person and their actions

Yet as a soul

We think of them in a different light

Like what they are meant to do or be

What they think

Or act like or feel

When we lose someone we love

We think of everything they may have spoken to us and it magnifies in strength now that they are gone

We think of how they loved strawberry ice cream on a waffle cone

How they loved watching "I Love Lucy" reruns over and over again

We remember that they loved our blue sweater

And they cleaned their car once a week

We remember, and remember

We smile and cry

We want to see them and we can not replace them

We can only love them

And give their love the honor of living in us and thanking them for giving to us, them

For sharing themselves

As we share ourselves with our children

With our friends

With our families

With our coworkers

If we could think of those alive in the same appreciation as those that have passed?

Imagine how much appreciation that would be around

How little judgment is involved in our noticing the wonderful things they do

Rather than everything they do wrong

You see, we can actually see what we want to see

Both sides are always here, in front of us

Look at every person you see today in that way

Oh, they like their toast a little burnt with lots of butter

They always go for a walk at nine

They wave everytime they leave their driveways

And they always ask me how I am

No soul is replaceable

We each are a unique stamp that someone can be like

But never exactly

Nothing is exact

It is simply love

Nothing is perfect

It is just love

We are not bought, nor sold

We are simply love trying to know it

To live it and to be it

And when we recognize love and share it

Then we are souled

Even me who was a listener to their attentions and the woes

Once I would hear them speak

My interest is lost

It is weird to know so much about someone

That you listen to their every move

And I realized it isn't their every move I am listening to

I am listening to what is on the news, everywhere

Talk about no choices

You can't turn on the TV without one of them currently in rehab

Getting a ticket

Driving the wrong way

Or in jail for an accumulation of events

A nightclub they may have been too young to go to

And by 21 they appear to be much older than they are

We say it is money or fame

It is simply someone to talk about that is not us

That we can put attention to that is not us

That we can use as an example one way or the other and it is still weirder than us

These people made their way by showing up, dressing up and needing attention

And then complaining about the attention they asked for and don't know who they are without it

And we don't know if we love them or don't

Respect them or not

Care for them or not

We just know them

We hear everything about their every move

Imagine that enjoyment on your part

No privacy even when you seek it

You can't sleep in your car with your mouth open one day and wake up to the world in glitter the next

And we are amazed at the drama

So it replaces our own

WE need them in many ways

So that we don't need ourselves so much

Something to watch

Over and over again

Today I woke up hearing of restraining orders from mother to daughter or each others child

something in me changed this morning

I felt bad that we are fed this

Watching people live as they destroy themselves

And this is who we give credence to

When I hear them speak I am never impressed

And more interested in their love for the attention

It is not even beauty anymore

It is what is simply something to do

And I do not want to do it anymore

There is more to life than living in the world of appearances and furor

It seems like a joke that we do this, however I am sure we find greater things to hear if those things were allowed time on media

We have a need for release

It is medication

and Media

Drugs and Alcohol

That is the crazy thing

We all escape and their escapism is that is most interesting to us

For then we don't have to fess up to our own

The More We See, The Less We Saw

It's funny how we didn't know what color we are until someone told us

It's funny how we don't know what religion we are until someone teaches us

It's even funnier how we are judged for something we come with and something we are taught, mostly before we had the choice to choose

I amaze at how we take those two things and turn them into reasons as to why:

Why that person doesn't deserve this or that

Why that person isn't worth talking to, sharing with, or getting to know

working with or understanding

I amaze at why we think so:

We don't know

It is fear of change, of life, of what could be different

It is wanting to be part of a group that is better than, deserves more, gets more public accommodations

It is fear of not being accepted and going along with the us, not them bunch

If none of us could see we would only be voices and brains

Thoughts and intellect

Work and sharing

No boundaries

Yet because we can see, we let out eyes take on the information that comes to all of us

And skew it

And use that extra bit of information to take away from us

To divide us

And distract us from paying attention to what really needs us

Like our resources

Our accommodations in life, like hospitals, schools, library's, foods, medicines and greater care of our Earth

Instead, because we can see, we have taken our energy's into sidetracks that only matter to ego

We let ego rule

And now we are basically a fear based society

Who is pressured in time, money and family

All that because we have eyes

All because we can see

One Minute Society

How much worse does it have to get before we say STOP I just want to hear something nice to hear

How much take your clothes off music do we have to listen to, to remember a simple lyric about anything else

Don't sit to listen to stories of how everything is bad

Don't go to movies where you leave disturbed or had to watch many get killed to be excited about the movie

Don't go to events or share your time where it takes away from you, your family, your friends

Don't eat foods that will make you wish you didn't the rest of the day

Stop doing the stuff that we know doesn't make us feel better

Stop saying the things that you know you are saying because you are hurt and you are passing it along by hurting others with it

Stop paying to do the things that make the ills of souls more worth showing us then the best of us

We have come to pay attention to people messing up, talking about them, giving attention because we are just glad it is not us

We are better than that

Stop yourself when you find yourself ready to speak on something that you wouldn't want to speak about you

Stop yourself when you are upset at someone and you want them to know it rather than understand their point

Stop yourself when you say no to someone because you didn't want to take the time to say yes

And on the other hand, don't say yes to something that you don't want to do because you can't say no

We are putting a lot of pressures on ourselves that really don't need to be

WE are so scared to say the truth that we will say anything but the truth at times to make it go away

WE are so scared to say truth, just because we will feel like someone will then know what we want and we can't admit what we want even to ourselves let alone another person

If we give less attention to things we don't want to be and take some weird pleasure in seeing others do

And do as we want to be and not allow our energy to fill it's time with hardships

You will find that life has many things that are so much more pleasurable and less initially enticing

That life is forever for each of us, not a quick picture, gift or meal

We are us for the whole time we are here

We can fill it with a momentary "wow" that was cool, great, and then we forget it looking for something more

And the something mores live with us forever and nourishes us in our moments of quiet and calm

They excite the times we speak with others sharing our time, our meals, our interests and our music

We have to say "when" when it comes to what we accept

Whether it is the lowest grade fast food we take in our bodies

Or the lowest grade human behavior we begin to accept by allowing it space and time

Our respect for ourselves and then for others can only grow

As we learn to use different words to express ourselves

And different foods to nourish ourselves

And different stories to let into ourselves

We begin to see and feel hope

Carry and want love

For it's truth, not what we want from it

The One minute society is becoming old news, the has been of many generations

The One minute society is history, just like smoking a cigarette will make people wonder in 50 years how and why we would do such a thing

We have choices

And we have more choices

And out of all the choices we can make

We have to ask ourselves why we are too lazy to do the right things

Why our company and money makers bring out the things for money that end up being less for all of us

Our choices could only tell us who we are

And now our choices have to give us more

Who we want to be, now and tomorrow

Tomorrow really is today, stop tricking yourself into thinking then and not now

Promise you will listen to your heart and act on it's intentions

It is who you are...Stop saying, I don't know who I am

You do....we all do....we simply have to give it some airtime!

Don't Stop Believing

Life is so much easier when your heart knows you are doing right by it

That you feel good no matter what, when you finish anything you started

That when you smile at people they have no power over you

That when they smile back, you bond in a quiet yet strong way

Life around you grows differently when you tell the truth and walk on

Lying never made anyone a better person

When you are happy, everything is so much more exciting

And everything that you are excited about finds a way of happening

Did you ever notice...

That when you plan something it actually happens

That every problem only has as much strength as you give it

That you attract people to you that are where you are at emotionally

That when you know what you are looking for, you find it

Life is really as simple as that

Our trust and knowledge's of ourselves are all that can grow us or take away from us

We could always trust trust a little more

And watch a lot more come our way

Seeing is believing

Feeling is our truth telling us we are on the right track

Being challenged reminds us we get to feel and do something about our feelings

Creation is just you creating

Whatever you believe in enough to learn, do and growth into it

We all know that when we are sure about anything

There is no stopping us

Don't let your beliefs go

Don't compromise your heart

Don't let your mind take you to the "I can't" place so regularly

There really is another way

And it is not just for other people

Everything really belongs to you and is already yours

Did you ever notice

When you can see something

Or you finally "get it"

No one can tell you different

Don't accept that from yourself either

Don't let yourself tell you that anything is not for you

If that anything is something you really do want and don't know how to get to

Things don't just happen

Life really is so much easier when you do right by your heart
Nothing is as strong as your intent, no matter what the outcome

Trying anything is telling yourself you are worth the fight, the love, the participation of life itself

Perfection is Love

Remind each other

You need not be perfect

That we are perfect

When our intent is clair

When the air is clean

WE can move along

When there is mud we will get stuck in it

Remind each other that it is not magic

It is truth

It is magical when we live in our own lives

Teach each other in song, in love, in dance

That life is for living

Not for avoidance

It is true

We are not here alone

So we are not meant to know everything

We are meant to share what we know

And everything has a chance to be learned

We are not perfect

Perfection is love

Why would we be here?

We are here to live our lives

To reach peace and understanding of ourselves

For perfection is love and love personifies itself in everything we do

And when love is present, everything feels perfect doesn't it?

So remind ourselves, and each other

That we are what is "perfect", we are love

And we are here to feel and to grow

That life is something we come to know

None of us come "ready to live"

We come "ready to learn"

And the learning creates the living

And the living teaches us love

And love is the perfection of all of us

Erase and Release

It is so much easier to hold onto things

Then to let go

It is so much easier to say we let go

Then to have let go and it be gone

It is harder to actually let go

If we don't know why we are holding on

We really can't let go

Here is where you come in

You have to ask yourself why you can't release it, really

Start with Why

And you will find it is because inside you truly felt you were wronged

How do we clear a "wronged" feeling

You have to clear it with yourself first

And if it is possible with those you want to be clear with

You have to tell yourself, it made you feel vulnerable

That maybe you weren't respected, or felt loved, or cared for

And admit to yourself that you actually need those things

That none of us can live without those feelings

And if you can speak to the person,

You can say

Hey, I got to the bottom of why this or that bothered me so much

In the end, I just didn't feel cared for or about

Like I didn't matter

It wasn't your fault entirely,

My needs to feel cared for got in the way

And I just wanted you to know

It feels better to tell you

Thanks for your time

That alone clears the air

That alone clears your conscious

That alone not only releases what you were holding onto to

It erases it and it soon becomes a "remember when" story, maybe

If you can not release, erase, then you are still in it

you haven't come to terms with why

Speaking out what you believe is your truth

from your inner heart to the outside of you

Simply releases you of carrying it

That is the gift of truth

Once it is found

It never bothers you again

No U Turn

So many times we go back in life

To times that we only remember the good parts

And we romanticize them

And make them so much better than they were

And then we expect everything to live up to something we have rewritten

Giving everything now no balance

Or a chance to have a chance with us

You see, it is easy to look back and forget

So think to yourself that today is like those days, only now

That you will remember only the good parts in a year or two

So live better today knowing that

Our lives are not meant to U Turn

We are meant to drive ahead and see what is in front of us, not behind us

Otherwise we would have eyes on the other side of our head

Merge onto the lanes of life

The one's that include living as you are driving

Looking around at what is beautiful

Rather than the biggest obstacle you can find to complain about

Complaining is easy

It is standing up for your happiness that is waiting for you to park

The Stems of Trust

The stems of many mishaps

Stem from lacks of understanding

Of caring and what trust looks like, rather than what it feels like

You see, we see better with our ears than our eyes

When we hear something, would it make sense if we were not to see that person as well?

When we hear something we take in what we hear without what our eyes WANT to see?

When we are the people others do not want to trust

Is it because we don't trust ourselves?

When others speak of us as trustworthy

It is when we also trust ourselves?

Everything really is as it seems

When we can see

And Everything is as we want it to seem

When we are not ready to see

Trust in your instincts

They exist for a reason

We always know when we allow ourselves to do something that we know we are not meant for

Is it because we are trying to stop ourselves from the greater things we are meant for?

We all have a defining moment when we walk down a road that we know isn't our best choice

And we keep going trying to prove ourselves wrong

Wrong from what?

It is truly our fear of being right to us, to ourselves, since it brings us back to our own accountability

Accountability, Free Will, and Us not knowing how to believe we can do it!

Do it and that is truly how you can believe

Do it and trust that you can

Do it and give yourself the greatest satisfaction

That your instincts serve your truth

And your truth gives you the vision

And the vision of your heart

Leads you to a life that you ask for and are too scared to know

The stems of love can only stem if you plant the seeds

The seeds are your own love, truth and purity of your wanting to really grow on

They are the pyramid of your thoughts

And doing things are the actions of your trust

That is what trust looks like, feels like and is

Run Don't Walk Away

I don't like to not like someone

It takes a lot for me to say that about anyone

I really do everything I can

Every chance to say, hey they are not that bad

Yet there are some people who will come into your life

And no matter who you are, what you do, how much you help or service them

They find a way to say the worst of life about you

So much so that you may not even recognize at first that it is you they are talking about

They will gossip about you

Say things that they knowingly slant and let others form an opinion based on that slanting.

And feel good about it

As though they accomplished something

And then they try to justify it by telling someone how bad you are and them agreeing with you

and then they don't feel so bad, since they just justified it and got someone else to say yes too

And you feel the energy of it

And by then it is already in motion

And you can't come up with anything that would change things

Only because the intentions of others is to keep it down

And for those who are talked about

I realized one day, I would rather be the one talked about then the one talking

The one talked about is doing

The one doing the talking is covering up for what they are not doing

Always know the one talking is the one not doing

To keep things as down as they feel

When you hear someone talk about you

Walk away and know that time will answer every question

And that the talkers are also the one's that walk away when you need them

It is easy to talk about anyone

The higher road is the road of love

The road of love of yourself

Enough to trust

That those that do, is who you are

And those that talk are those that you recognize, like you would anything that wasn't right

Good Love is open and Clear

And when the air is murky

Run do not walk away

And don't look back, the talkers will be there

Oversexed and Underloved

As we walk around all day and all we could think of

Is who we love, if only they loved us, How we can love someone more or less

We dress to attract

We watch movies that are themed in sex even if it isn't the topic

We drive by strip clubs, bars, billboards of complete communication that you may find love because of a product

We work out our bodies, eat certain foods, stand at the sunset, go to the beach

We listen to music all in one way or another are about happy love, sad love, misguided love or lost love

We strive for love

Look for love

Dress for love

Drive for love

Our house is to show how we love

Our car is show our worth of love

Our conversations say we are alluring enough to know for love

Our loneliness tells us we must fight for love

And then we find another to love

And we are still bombarded with the stimulus to love

All around us

And as time goes on we think, now we can do better at love

Not this person or that

Not this car

Not this house

I want new, new, new

I want to feel new at love

I don't want to try at love

I already know this person

I want to start over and know another person

That special feeling of love is gone

It is not gone

It is you that is gone

It is you that stopped giving, receiving, sharing

It is you that decided you would rather start again than to learn to be on the "other" side of love

The side that takes you beyond sex

The side that says I have been here and I found out this person really is beautiful when they are loved

that I feel beautiful to be loved with calmness around me

that I don't need the drama's to prove I am loved

I don't need to flirt around to prove I am worthy of love

I don't need to Use anyone else to feel loved

That I could accept love to me

When you want to run away from another and start again

It could be you that it is meant to move on that you understand this isn't the depth of love you know you can feel

You usually know that right away and stop dating

Yet if you have been with someone for a long time and you loved them deeply

Then you do love them

It is not that they are bad because you already know them

Discover them as they are known

Live in their worth of themselves as you discover your own worth

take life on with them as though they are new

You see they are new

New to themselves

New to others

And new to you if you can see it that way

We tend to take away the beauty when we get edgy within ourselves

Sometimes we don't feel we deserve love so we look for sex to tell us we are loved

Sex and love have very little to do with each other these days

Sex is an act you can do with anyone and not even know their name

Love is a feeling that carries you in all of life, starting with first knowing your parents to everything else you know through out life

Sex is a stimulant and a beautiful thing

Yet we all find out in life if you are having sex with out love you can leave a room emptier than when you walked into it

For men sex is a notch

A proof positive that he is alive and vital

And for women sex is a proof of being loved and accepted

Sex is neither of those things

Sex is love's truth

Sex is loves sharing

Sex is the closest way to commit your intimacy to yourself and another

And we have taken sex and used it

we use sex to sell everything from gum to newspapers

We use sex to say we are worth something

We use sex to hurt others

We use sex to hurt ourselves

It is paid for

It is bought

It is sold

It is non discriminatory to children in ways most of us couldn't conceive

And we found out that sex is special when it is with someone special

It is even better when we are committed to another in a way that we don't commit anywhere else

We are meant to be partners, not alone

And yet we are not truly meant to have many at once

It is confusing at best

And the jealousy's and arguments, status of who is more important and more love would never end

Sex is the gift of love

We simply realize that sex is a gift period

We forget the love part

Yet without it sex is oversold and over rated

It is a picture or a way we are supposed to act

Sex is a part of life

A release and expression

A fast moment at times

A slow day at other times

Sex is the story of our hearts

And we write that story

And it will become what we look for

When we settle our love settles and our sex feels like nothing

And when we look for love we find that love carries sex, like the love of life carrying us

WE are free to understand other things once we can say sex is beautiful from heart

And until we can say that and understand who we are in love and sex

We will look for it until we do

that is why we have so many lookers and trying souls

they want to find it, live in it's secrets and grow to greater depths of life

that is the treasure at the end of the rainbow

And that is when you find out the glory of any rainbow is seeing the colors in it

And the treasures present themselves along the way

Sex is over sold

And we can change that in a minute

We can say, I want to know people

I want to know myself

Enough to feel that my truth is present when the rest of me is

I don't have to "present" myself

If I "present myself" then I will only meet someone else who is "presenting" themselves

If I am me, I will find someone who is them

And then I could ask for what I want and need and I can grow and learn

If I am selling, I will only find someone who is buying

And If I am buying, I will always know I can return or exchange

I no longer want to play buying and selling

I want to feel love, and learn to accept it in heart not in body a lone

I no longer want to be underloved as I have underloved myself for a long time

I want love and as I have the energy of wanting love, I am sure to know it when I see it

It is usually the love I have been passing by, as I was looking for sex

I won't stop short at sex anymore, i will only continue to look for love anyway

I will look for love and know that when I can see love in others, it is when I have found it in myself

Attract yourself to love and love will not let you forget it is there

When you don't feel included
It makes it easier to justify hurt feelings

You get to a place were you want to do everything yourself

You start to build a resentment and you do not want to include others

You learn to take care of yourself and you try not to build so much so that it doesn't hurt when you are not included

Yet you can also learn to include yourself in your own life
Make time for yourself so that you have balance in what you enjoy
Your time with yourself and your time with others

And the time with yourself will open the door to others who do what you have in common
As you are led through your desires to those who desire as you do

Nothing is as it seems
Everything really does happen for a reason
And everytime you are not included in one place
it simply means you belong somewhere else
If you are not at a place, with a certain person, at a certain job
It means it wasn't or isn't yours yet, as of yet, or maybe never

And acceptance of who or what comes into your life

In truth it is not that you are not included
It is simply your freedom to find where you are included!

If we want to show anyone anything, that means that others are doing it too

When someone talks about us and we hear about it
It hurts our feelings and we react by saying we don't care what others think
And yet we try every remedy to not be or do what they said about us and at the same time say we don't care

WE do care what others say or think or feel when we are being judged by them
it is true that those who talk about others are the least happy within themselves
yet those very unhappy people can really make us mad too

They want to poke and prod at life
So that others will feel as poked and prodded as they already are
They didn't come up with misery loves company out of nowhere

Yet we remain susceptible to them
Until we can call them on their actions
And let them know that the ill intentions that they carry for others
Is just plain unkind

Yes, use the word unkind
Rude will make them defensive
Talking about them makes you them
And saying they are unkind is so true it will bring them to light
With no hiding place

The simplest words can carry the most weight
When you tell someone they are unkind
It is objective
You are not saying only that your manner hurt others
You are saying to them, it must be something in you that is causing you to want to take away from others

We all know someone who enjoys sticking their greasy tongs were they don't belong
And we all have the grease cleaning soaps
And it is time to use that soap in a cleansing for all of us
You see, when you can tell another person
"that was unkind"
You show your strength by not approaching with the anger that was expected and wanted
You can turn the situation slowly to see itself for what it is

Try it sometime, it will surprise the soul with the eyes that can not see
Just because it is something they haven't heard before and something that is to true to ignore

Life offers us a way out of anything
And those ways come with the simplest soulutions
Step life back a few paces and let it show all of us what it can be

The only way we can see the wall
Is to walk back far enough to know that we hit the wall
And then we can walk around it
